Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened — cosmetics, personal care, underwear, food — are accepted back only unopened.

Start a return through the contact form: give the order number and say whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Refunds go back to the payment method used, once the item arrives and has been checked.
